We are happy to announce that the genetic defect has been found for a disease Dr. Dhindsa and his colleague, Dr. Abboud, initially discovered 10 years ago!
The disease, Familial Multiple Retinal Macroaneurysms, is now entered in the National Institutes of Health OMIM database (Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man) , entry #614224.
